We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, experience in an assited living facilty, and leadership skills to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
## Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Administer medications, and help residents with all ADL's
- Ensure compliance with clinic standards and protocols
- Provide guidance and support to nursing team members
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic life support techniques
- Utilize physiology knowledge to assess patient conditions
- Manage inpatient care processes effectively
- Oversee specimen collection processing and treatment planning services
## Qualifications
- Valid nursing license with supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in a wide range of nursing procedures
- Strong understanding of basic life support techniques
- Knowledge of physiology to assess patient conditions accurately
- Experience in assited living care settings is required
