Job Summary
The Instructional Assistant II – MTSS provides both academic intervention and classroom support under the direction of school leadership and instructional staff. This position plays a key role in supporting the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) by assisting with the delivery of targeted instruction in math and reading/literacy, reinforcing classroom learning, and helping implement intervention strategies based on student data. The role includes working directly with students, preparing materials, supporting classroom routines, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Knowledge of: K–5 math and literacy concepts; English usage, grammar, spelling, and vocabulary; basic instructional subjects; child development and classroom management practices; effective communication; record-keeping; and educational technology.
Education and Experience: Completion of two years of college with coursework in education, child development, math, or reading OR
High school diploma and relevant experience demonstrating required knowledge and skills
