The Team Lead CNA responsibilities include:
- Work as a caregiver providing cares for our residents
- Help foster a positive environment
- Helping with scheduling on your shift
- Help complete 14-30-90-day work performance reviews
- Assist with new hire onboarding and training
Team Lead Caregiver Qualifications:
- Desire to help and care for others
- Previous CNA and Long-Term Care experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Currently a certified med passer
