The Receptionist responsibilities include:
- Displaying a high level of customer service
- Greeting visitors and family members
- Answering telephone calls and routing them to the proper locations
- Assisting the other departments with correspondence and other day-to-day office duties
- Assisting with the recruiting process
- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth
Requirements
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role
- A high level of skill using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Need to be a very organized and detailed individual
- Must be a friendly and caring individual
- High school diploma
