The Assistant Maintenance Director responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Maintenance Director with operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the property
- Prepare rooms for new residents
- Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects of property alongside the Maintenance Director
- Maintain community landscaping to make sure the outside is as presentable as the inside
