- Move materials and equipment as directed.
- Security watch.
- Meet daily with members of custodial staff assigned to the building.
- Prioritize the work and work flow of the building, subject to the direction of the the Director of
- Buildings and Grounds or the Building Principal.
- Monitor and process work orders in the Preventative Work Order system.
- Responsible for verifying all work completed by outside contractors by work order sign off.
- Check all equipment used for heating, ventilating and/or cooling of the building for proper operation.
- High School Diploma
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
