Position Overview
Our CSR team is the first and last impression of our clinic. This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, multitasking ability, and a team-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and confident in the care their pets receive.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Manage high-volume phone lines and appointment scheduling
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Educate clients on services, policies, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate communication between doctors, technicians, and clients
- Support workflow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure
Qualifications
- Previous veterinary or medical front desk experience preferred
- Strong customer service background required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (practice management software experience a plus)
