Position Summary
We’re looking for passionate, detail-oriented Line Cooks who take pride in their craft. You’ll work alongside a talented culinary team to deliver dishes that are beautifully prepared, consistently executed, and full of flavor.
Line Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work and daily kitchen operations
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Support execution of specials and seasonal menu changes
Line Cook Requirements
- Previous cooking experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate with the right attitude
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
