Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator leads Oak Investment Real Estate's marketing efforts by creating high-quality graphic design, managing the company's digital presence, and coordinating property marketing initiatives. This position supports both the brokerage and property management teams by promoting commercial properties, strengthening the Oak Investment Real Estate brand, and helping drive leasing and sales activity.
The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They enjoy both graphic design and marketing strategy while collaborating with brokers, property managers, and leadership to deliver professional, consistent marketing across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company's graphic design efforts by creating professional marketing materials that support brokerage, property management, and company initiatives.
- Manage the company's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across all company platforms.
- Photograph commercial properties and professionally edit images for marketing use.
- Coordinate and/or produce property videos, including walkthroughs and promotional content.
- Coordinate promotional items, signage, branded merchandise, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist with planning and promoting company events, broker opens, networking functions, and community initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain a consistent, professional brand identity across print and digital
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or comparable design software
- Experience managing business social media platforms
- Excellent written communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills
- Strong attention to detail in branding, formatting, and quality control
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Photography experience with professional photo editing skills
- Video production and editing experience
- Commercial real estate marketing experience
- Administrative experience in a professional office setting
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Interest in emerging AI tools and technologies, with a willingness to incorporate them into marketing, content creation, design, and workflow processes
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
- Approximately 2–5 years of marketing, graphic design, or related experience preferred.
