Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce our products and services to prospective clients in assigned neighborhoods
- Engage customers through warm calling techniques, establishing rapport and understanding their needs
- Present compelling sales pitches tailored to individual customer requirements, emphasizing the benefits of our offerings
- Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies and enhance brand awareness in local communities
- Follow up with potential clients via outbound calling or telemarketing efforts to maximize conversion rates
Pay
- Self Generated lead - 15% off gross profit
- Fed Lead - 8% off gross profit

Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate leads and nurture prospects
- Knowledge of sales processes including inside sales, technical sales, and business development strategies
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while staying motivated and goal-driven
