We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator / Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will combine your expertise in construction estimating with your passion for client engagement to drive project success from initial bid through to project completion. Your ability to interpret technical drawings, manage costs, and communicate effectively with clients and team members will be essential. Compensation
- First Month: $2,000 draw against future commissions.
- After Month 1:
- 8% commission on closed jobs from company-provided leads.
- 12% commission on self-generated leads that you close.
- Performance-based earning potential with no income ceiling.

Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with homeowners.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and prepare accurate estimates.
- Present quotes professionally.
- Sell and close projects.
- Assist with lead generation when not running estimates.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
