We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Omaha. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centered care, manage individualized care plans, and work alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence and compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Care: Administer medications, treatments, and perform specialized nursing care according to physician orders and resident care plans.
- Assessment & Documentation: Conduct daily clinical assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and family members to manage resident care plans.Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines, Medicare standards, and facility safety/infection control protocols.
- Leadership: Supervise nursing assistants (CNAs/RNAs) during your shift to ensure high standards of daily care delivery.
Qualifications
- Education & License: Active, unencumbered Nursing license in Nebraska (or Compact state license).
- Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience: 2 years of nursing experience preferred (Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, or Long-Term Care background is a plus).
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, proficiency with EHR systems, and excellent interpersonal communication.

Work Location: On Site (Omaha, NE, 68112)
Schedule: 8 hour shifts - (DAY, EVENING, NOC shift available, weekends as well)
Pay: $36.00 - $41.00 per hour
