We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining outdoor areas and safely operating equipment to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well with others, and takes pride in keeping the property clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and cleanup
- Maintain landscaping and operate equipment safely
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
