Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing HVAC systems.
- Perform appliance repairs and service technician duties as needed.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems efficiently.
- Apply knowledge of refrigeration, construction, and air conditioning in maintenance tasks.
- Demonstrate leadership skills when overseeing equipment repair and maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC systems is essential, with premium skills in appliance repair, service technician experience, and familiarity with schematics and HVAC/R.
- Experience in refrigeration, mechanical knowledge, and construction is beneficial.
- Strong abilities in plumbing, air conditioning, and equipment repair are required.
- Leadership skills and experience in maintenance are highly valued for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.22 per hour
