Oak Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is a 48-bed skilled nursing facility in Greensburg, PA. We are looking for compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team and help us provide exceptional care to our residents.
Available Positions
Full-Time & Part-Time
- 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | 12-Hour Shift
- 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | 12-Hour Shift $2.00 Shift Differential
- Additional shift differentials offered for evening and overnight shifts

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents while promoting their health, comfort, dignity, and well-being
- Supervise nursing assistants and oversee day-to-day nursing activities
- Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition appropriately
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in resident care plan development and implementation
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development
Qualifications
- Current and valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with the position
