Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage a variety of operational and business projects from initiation to completion.
● Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
● Use Google Sheets and other digital tools to create, track, and report on budgets, timelines, and project metrics.
● Identify and resolve issues quickly using strong analytical and reasoning skills.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and communication.
● Evaluate project performance and implement process improvements.
● Maintain organized documentation and ensure projects comply with company policies and objectives.
● Travel occasionally to job sites or partner locations across North Carolina to oversee progress and support operations.
Qualifications:
● Experience managing projects in operations, logistics, facilities, or general business environments.
● Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
● Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
● Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets for project tracking and budgeting.
● Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within scope.
● Detail-oriented with a focus on accountability and results.
● Willingness to travel periodically within the US Southeast, but primarily North Carolina.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Associate degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field of study.
● Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
● Experience with project management software or task-tracking tools.
● Background in process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.

Salary : $72,000 - $80,000
