Oak Hill believes in having a team-oriented, family environment, while maximizing production and timeliness to enhance positive outcomes for our clients.Position OverviewOak Hill is actively recruiting for a Feed Delivery Driver with a Class A CDL to safely and efficiently transport agricultural feed. This position involves operating an auger trailer for local and regional deliveries.Applicants must have a flexible schedule. This position includes local and over-the-road hauls, and you must be willing to occasionally stay out a week at a time.Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience operating auger trailers or bulk feed delivery systems.
• Preferred experience with bulk agricultural transport, pneumatics, tanks, or hopper bottoms.

Requirements

• Physical Agility: Must be comfortable climbing ladders, operating at heights, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Biosecurity & Disease Prevention: Strict attention to detail regarding vehicle disinfecting and sanitation protocols to prevent the spread of disease between farms.
• Safe Operations: Must safely operate hydraulic auger systems and discharge feed into customer bins without cross-contamination.
• Problem Solving: Ability to navigate tight farm lanes, backing challenges, and changing weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: Complete daily logs, delivery paperwork, and scale tickets accurately.
• Rig Maintenance: Keep the truck and auger trailer clean and in good working order (washing, changing lights, fixing mudflaps, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
