About the Role
Are you a pro at navigating narrow aisles and hitting daily targets without breaking a sweat? We are Oak Hill Brands, a fast-growing e-commerce company serving multiple industries, and we’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Leader to join our fulfillment team.
This role is mission-critical to daily operations and customer experience. This is not a basic warehouse job — you’ll be expected to understand how orders move through the business and proactively fix issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Operation: Operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve heavy pallets.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship outgoing e-commerce orders.
- Inbound Outbound Logistics: Unload trailers and organize incoming stock to maintain a "5-star" organized warehouse. Load outbound shipments.
- Assembly: Assembly of brand kits and individual components
- Inventory Integrity: Assist with cycle counts to ensure our digital stock matches our physical shelves.
- Supply Management: Warehouse and assembly supply ordering
- Will Call Pick Ups
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of warehouse experience, specifically in a fast-paced e-commerce or distribution environment.
- MUST be able to read, write and communicate in fluent English
- Skill: Forklift experience and/or certification preferred
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using warehouse management systems
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.
