Full time Mon-Fri 9-5
Apartment maintenance, plumbing, cabinets, prep for new move-ins, work orders, snow removal, etc.
Compensation commensurate with experience
Paid holidays; Vacation pay after one year
MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE, tools, and valid driver's license & transportation/have own vehicle. Work will be in the Toledo area. There will be times that you will work at more than one property per day. Toledo area only - NO long distance!
