Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the dental team in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health. Previous clinical experience of any type is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
Duties
- Assist dentists during various procedures, including examinations, fillings, and extractions.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using medical imaging technology.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Operate 3D scanners for advanced imaging when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental assisting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients of all ages, including children.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
