Requirements

• 8 years’ of stable employment in the construction industry
  
• 5 years on a construction project management or superintendent career path
  
• 2 years managing your own commercial projects as Superintendent or Construction Manager
  
• Experience with commercial projects valued from $200K to $10 million
  
• A track record of delivering projects from inception to completion on time and on budget
  
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  
• In-depth knowledge of scheduling, estimating and safety requirements.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Familiarity with construction software and codes.
  
• Focus on quality, safety, and meeting deadlines.
  
• Client-centric and collaborative mindset.
  
• Continuously updates industry knowledge.
  
• OSHA 30 certification​
  
• Experience with MS Project and/or similar software
  
• Ability to provide a project list with application or by request is highly desired
