The Oak Crossing Real Estate Asset Manager is responsible for the strategic management, leasing, acquisition and day-to-day oversight of Oak Crossing's commercial real estate portfolio. This individual serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, brokers, contractors, insurance agents, attorneys, lenders, and property managers, ensuring that all properties are professionally managed and aligned wit the long-term investment objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income
Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, amendments and tenant improvements
Monitor market conditions and property values
Source potential acquisition opportunities
Coordinate due diligence, inspections, environmental reports, surveys and appraisals
Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants
Maintain relationships with local brokerage firms
Monitor insurance coverage and risk management
Work directly with attorneys on contracts, leases, easements and title matters
Select and supervise contractors and service providers
Negotiate vendor contracts
Review bids for maintenance and capital projects
Qualifications
Having a real estate agent license
5 years in real estate, property management, title work
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
