Role Description
The Assistant Super is responsible for supporting daily field operations through coordination of subcontractors, schedule execution, and site logistics. Focused on maintaining safety, quality, and productivity while helping keep projects on track and running efficiently.
Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools
- Understanding of safety regulations, quality control practices, and building codes
- Problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
