Leads sales leaders and overall sales team in Beer and Beverage sales in all regions in promotional strategy, pricing, and revenue to optimize financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team in promotional strategy
- Lead annual pricing and promotional review across the portfolio
- Develop pricing strategy for new brands and packages to fit strategies and communicate pricing direction
- Build incentives for the sales team
- New item and account setup and maintenance
- Assist in preparing and posting daily worksheets for sales and inventory transactions
- Update price book as needed
- Communicate strategy and operate a highly effective sales team
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree
- Accounting background and strong math skills
- Experienced MS Office user with strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
