1099 Position
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy to adolescents and/or adults (children experience a plus)
- Conduct comprehensive intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation
- Utilize evidence-based interventions aligned with your theoretical orientation
- Manage a consistent caseload (part-time growing to full-time)
- Collaborate with referral sources and other providers as appropriate
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain licensure requirements
- Participate in occasional team consultation or case collaboration as needed
Requirements
- Active Louisiana license as LPC or LCSW
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Ability to practice independently within scope of licensure
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Commitment to timely and accurate documentation
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to maintain a consistent part-time caseload with growth toward full-time (10 hours minimum per week)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
