The Role

This isn’t a standard operations role.


This is the opportunity to build the operating system of a company that will define a generation.

You will work directly beside the founder to:


  • Turn vision into clear, repeatable systems that everyone can execute against.


  • Design and run the heartbeat of the company — the cadences, the rituals, the flow of information and decisions.


  • Create structure around delivery so that excellence becomes automatic.


  • Engineer the foundation that lets us scale globally and partner with the best talent on earth.


  • Build the mechanisms that allow speed, precision, and creativity to coexist.


  • Shape a culture of mastery — where passion meets precision and excellence compounds.


You will design:

  • Our planning cycles
  • Our execution cadence
  • How we communicate, decide, escalate, and deliver
  • How we maintain clarity as we grow

You will turn the heartbeat of the company into something everyone can feel — and follow.

You will create:

  • SOPs and workflows that simplify execution
  • Quality gates that make brilliance reliable
  • Tracking systems that give visibility into what’s happening and why
  • Mechanisms that reduce friction, interruptions, and waste

This is where mastery becomes a habit, not an accident.

OAISIS spans creative, technical, and client-facing work.

Your job is to make those functions feel like one organism, not three teams.

You will:

  • Create information flow
  • Remove bottlenecks
  • Align priorities
  • Ensure that delivery is both fast and clean

We work with clients across real estate, law, consulting, and emerging verticals.

You will build:

  • Systems for distributed and global teams
  • Hiring and onboarding pipelines
  • Delivery infrastructure that can handle 2×–3× client volume
  • Processes that allow expand into growth forward focus


You’ll be designing how this company moves — how it thinks, communicates, scales, and evolves.

Your fingerprints will be on every layer of what we build.

Within your first months, you will:


  • Build and launch OAISIS’ core operating rhythm — how we plan, execute, and evolve.


  • Create simple, powerful systems that make our work faster, cleaner, and more reliable.


  • Align creative, technical, and client teams so that execution feels effortless.


  • Build processes that scale globally — empowering distributed, international teams.


  • Turn a brilliant but raw operation into a well-oiled, living organism of excellence.


  • Help shape a company that moves at the speed of its own ideas.


By month three, we'd aim to see:

  • A defined and adopted operating cadence
  • Documented workflows for core delivery processes
  • Clear communication rhythms across all teams
  • Predictable delivery timelines
  • Reduced friction and faster execution cycles
  • Client engagements running smoothly
  • Increased output capacity across the team
  • A company that finally feels aligned


Your work will turn mission into momentum — and momentum into mastery.
