What You'll Do
As an Admin & Operations Intern, you'll play a vital role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations while helping shape the internal structure of the organization. This internship sits at the intersection of human resources (HR), administration, and operations, and is ideal for someone who loves building systems, supporting people, and problem-solving.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting internal and external communications
- Assisting with employee onboarding/offboarding and records management
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and calendars
- Organizing digital files, data entry, and database upkeep
- Streamlining operational workflows and recommending process improvements
- Helping plan and execute team-wide initiatives and events
- Supporting HR functions such as employee engagement and compliance tracking

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, ClickUp)

Internship Details
- Commitment: 6-month unpaid internship
- Time Allocation: 20 hours/week
- Location: 100% remote. Dallas, TX candidates preferred for hybrid experiences, but non-Texas residents are strongly encouraged to apply.
