We are seeking a skilled Corporate Controller to join our team and support the next phase of our company’s growth.
Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Accounting Professional (5–10 years public / private industry experience) to oversee all financial operations of the company. This role is responsible for financial reporting, maintaining rigorous internal controls, and supporting executive leadership with actionable financial insights.
This is an on-site position at our Milpitas, CA facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning processes.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and compliance procedures.
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
- Support pricing models, cost accounting, and financial analysis related to semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Oversee financial systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff.
- Work with leadership team to create productive and cohesive team environment for all departments.
- Maintain ESOP Trust accounting and administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including experience in a manufacturing environment (semiconductor equipment industry experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate cross-functionally.
