Position Overview
This role is a mix of customer service, scheduling, and office coordination. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in keeping our schedule, team, and communication organized.
We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, stay on top of details, and keep things moving without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule service calls, installations, and project work
- Coordinate with field crews to manage daily schedules and updates
- Keep job information organized and up to date in our system
- Follow up with customers on appointments, estimates, and job status
- Assist with basic office tasks and organization
- Run occasional local errands as needed (material pickup, document drop-offs, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and friendly)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling responsibility and making judgment calls when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, etc.)
- Prior experience in customer service, admin, or office roles preferred
- Experience in construction, electrical, or HVAC is a plus but not required
