Main Duties:
An employee is frequently required to stand for lengthy periods of time and walk. The employee is regularly required to lift/move up to 50-75 lbs unassisted.

Main Duties:
- Maintains kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Clean and rinse dirty dishes then place them in dishwashing machine racks.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays using three compartments (soap, rinse and sanitize).
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
- Removes trash/garbage and places it in designated containers, and hoses out garbage cans.
- Sorts bottles into designated bins.
- Polishes silver using a burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, and hand cloth.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Washes and peels vegetables.
