About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Recruiter to lead executive-level hiring initiatives across a complex, international IT landscape. This role requires a strategic talent acquisition professional who thrives in a global environment, understands international HR policies, and can navigate the nuances of global mobility and contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Recruitment: Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive-level positions globally, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Strategic Talent Partnering: Collaborate and support senior leadership and HR business partners to define hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Global Mobility Expertise: Advise on relocation, immigration, and expatriate policies to ensure compliance and smooth transitions for international hires.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead complexes offer negotiations, including compensation packages, benefits, and executive agreements across a wide global landscape
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to international labor laws, local regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on global talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with C-level executives, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on executive and senior level hiring in global organizations.
- Expertise: Proven knowledge of global mobility programs, international HR policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Systems: Preferably have worked in SAP SuccessFactors
- Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting within complex IT environments or technology-driven organizations.
- Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (master’s preferred).
