Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Co-pilot Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design, build, and optimize AI-powered copilot solutions that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI/ML, prompt engineering, user interface development, automation, and enterprise application integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI copilot solutions using modern AI platforms and frameworks.
- Build and optimize prompts, workflows, and orchestration logic to improve response quality and accuracy.
- Develop and enhance user interfaces to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Integrate copilot solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and business applications.
- Interact directly with customers and business users to gather requirements, understand use cases, and provide solution support.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data engineers, and stakeholders to define use cases and deliver solutions.
- Test, validate, and fine-tune copilot performance based on user feedback and system metrics.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability, security, and scalability of AI-driven solutions.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment processes.
- Stay current with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and Copilot-related technologies.
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, automation, or related roles.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts, generative AI, and large language models.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, automation, and system integration.
- Experience working with user interface development technologies.
- Ability to interact with customers and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI assistant platforms.
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, React, Power Platform, or low-code tools.
- Experience with RAG, agentic workflows, or conversational AI.
- Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in enterprise AI solutions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Equivalent work experience in AI, software engineering, or automation may also be considered.
