About the Role
We are searching for a Designer and Art Director with strong motion skills and a passion for visual experimentation and AI driven creative. You will concept craft and produce high quality content across social digital motion and integrated campaigns. There will be close collaboration with creative leadership and hands on influence in developing new AI capabilities and workflows.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute concepts for digital social motion and integrated campaigns
Create AI enhanced video motion graphics and visual design using tools like Runway Midjourney Stable Diffusion Pika Sora and similar platforms
Use Adobe Creative Suite After Effects and Premiere to turn AI outputs into polished production ready assets
Work with creative directors copywriters producers and account teams from concept through delivery
Prototype ideas quickly and explore fresh methods for visual storytelling
Join us in the NYC office three days per week for collaboration and production support
What You Bring
Three to eight years of experience as a Designer Art Director Motion Designer or Creative Technologist
A portfolio that shows strong design fundamentals and some motion or AI based creative exploration
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and interest in learning new AI creative tools
Strong visual skills including typography layout color storytelling and attention to detail
A hands on maker mindset with curiosity and willingness to experiment
Ability to collaborate and present ideas in a fast paced environment
Must live in the NYC area or be able to commute to Manhattan three days each week
Bonus Skills
Experience with C4D Blender Unreal Engine TouchDesigner or related 3D or real time platforms
