Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide training for O2B University - some evenings and weekends each month will be required
- Meet with corporate trainer to determine training needs at each center
- Conduct initial training for new employees
- Help coach within each classroom on topics such as classroom management or classroom arrangment
- Help ensure profitability, but focusing on staff training and morale
- Ability to work with several locations and staff
- Implement O2B Education standards, as well as train and maintain licensing requirements

- DCF Introduction to Child Care Courses
- Active Staff Credential
- Active Director Credential w/VPK Endorsement (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid
- Experience working with children 6-13 years-old
- Management experience
