Regional Maintenance Manager

O2B Kids is a growing company, with over 80 locations throughout Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, and Alabama, with more states and locations on the horizon! We are seeking a qualified regional maintenance supervisor for our Missouri/St. Louis region. The ideal candidate would be willing to travel to all of Missouri and 2 Illinois locations.

Requirements

• Specialization In a Trade (Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, or Painting)
• General knowledge in Other Trades
• Ability to Assist With Sand and Mulch Installs
• Ability to Train Housekeepers
• Ability to Patch, Paint, Anchor, Change Filters, Change Bulbs
• Ability to Complete Basic Electric and Plumbing Repairs
