Position Description
Analyze large, multi‑source datasets (internal, third‑party, and OEM/IoT data) to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities across fleet, lease, and rental operations
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from cloud‑based and enterprise data platforms.
Build analytical models and simulations using Python and Excel to support forecasting, financial analysis, and operational decision‑making.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, AWS QuickSight, or QlikView to track key metrics, trends, and performance indicators
Partner with data engineering and platform teams to support data pipelines, data quality initiatives, and governance efforts.
Participate in data operations work, including monitoring for data anomalies, investigating data issues, and supporting root‑cause analysis.
Support ad‑hoc analytical requests from business stakeholders by translating business questions into structured analytical approaches.
Communicate analytical findings clearly, providing actionable insights and recommendations to technical teams, analysts, and business leaders.
Contribute to innovation initiatives, including the use of AI‑assisted analytics and advanced analytical techniques to improve decision‑making.
Required Skills
7 years of professional experience in data analytics or senior analyst roles.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and working with large datasets.
Strong experience with Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, analysis, complex formulas).
Hands‑on experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau, AWS QuickSight, QlikView, or similar BI tools.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling concepts, and analytical best practices.
Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and clearly articulate results.
Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science/Analytics preferred
