OpenShift Engineer With Oncor
Dallas, TX
3 days Onsite/ 2 Remote
$90-100 C2C/

The ideal candidate for this OpenShift Engineer role will be accountable for engineering, support, automation and thought leadership as it relates to Oncor’s Platform-as-a-Service offerings. They will administer Oncor’s multiple OpenShift clusters and will assist various project teams with application migrations to Oncor’s Platform-as-a-Service offerings, and other related activities.
Required Skills And Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering. Preferred: Master's in Computer Science, Master's in Information Systems, Master's in Software Engineering, MBA (Technology Focus).

- Experienced with automated deployment tools
- Conceptual and applied understanding of DevOps concepts, tools, and practices

- Analytic skills and the ability to apply these skills in a multi-tasking environment where multiple projects will require participation at a given time
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues, and provide comprehensive written, oral and digital products

- Must have the willingness to document, share knowledge and train other members of the team.
