What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at O2 TECHNOLOGIES INC?
Schedule: Rotating 5x8 with weekends and holidays a possibility
Shift: 8 hours between 6am and 8pm
Required:
* HSD/GED
* Proficiency with technological devices (computer/tablet/smartphone)
* Previous call center experience
* Food service/delivery experience
Preferred:
* Associate/Bachelor degree in Nutrition or related field
* Experience as a diet clerk/aide in an acute care setting
* Knowledge of therapeutic diets
Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing and modifying patient menus in compliance with physician and dietitian orders, dietary restrictions, and patient preferences. Collects menu selections at the bedside or by phone, explains substitutions such as sodium restrictions, and ensures accuracy of diet orders. Applies knowledge of food and human nutrition, seeking guidance from dietetic staff when needed. Serves as a liaison between patients, food service staff, and dietitians to coordinate care. Performs clerical tasks including data entry and menu maintenance, orients patients to food services, gathers satisfaction feedback, resolves concerns, and supports menu and food item development.
