Position Overview The Office Manager at O2 Construction will oversee daily office operations, support project managers, and ensure efficient communication and organization across the team. This person will play a key role in keeping our business operations aligned with the fast pace of the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office functions, including scheduling, document management, and communication
- Maintain organized records for contracts, permits, invoices, and project documentation
- Support construction team with administrative tasks, including tracking budgets, job costs, and deadlines
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, vendors, and subcontractors
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, timesheets, and compliance paperwork
- Prepare and distribute reports for management review
- Ensure smooth coordination between office operations and jobsite activity
Qualifications
- Construction industry experience (required)
- 2 years of experience as an Office Manager (preferred)
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with construction management software a plus
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
