What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing service advisor team
- Own the customer experience from first contact through follow-up
- Drive customer retention by creating trust, consistency, and accountability
- Coach your team on communication, professionalism, and relationship-building
- Partner closely with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Set clear expectations and hold your team to high service standards

What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience in hospitality, hotel management, restaurant management, retail leadership, or customer service operations
- Proven ability to build teams, coach employees, and drive performance
- Strong customer-focus with an emphasis on loyalty and repeat business
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, confident leader who leads from the front
- (Automotive experience is a plus, but not required — the right leader can be trained)
