Mortgage Loan Processor

5 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Responsibilities:

• Daily review and validation of incoming documents
• Updating the LOS System (Encompass) with any changes
• Direct communication with the Origination team, Investors, Realtors, Title Companies
• Verificaitons of Employment
• Run and validate AUS (LP/DU)
• Prepare file for Investor submission
• Prepare file for credit and collateral UW submission
• Work with Post Closing team on obtaining additional documentation should it be required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Banking, or Finance with a GPA of 3.0 or above, Prefered.
• Proficient in running DU/LP
• Proficient in processing all loan products (Non-QM, Conventionalm FHA, VA)
• High level of attention to detail
• Organized and the ability to meet quotas.
• Excellent Computer Skills, demonstrated experience with accurate data entry, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with MS Office including Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills -- phone, personal contact and written
• Strong ability and desire to work with others, both employees and customers, in a cooperative and professional manner. Work cooperatively with and maintain effective communication and working relationship with customers, co-workers, and manager
• Must possess good judgment, be able to accept responsibility and handle confidential information
• Must have an Outgoing Personality
• Bilingual Spanish/Chinese
• Reliable Transportation
• Punctual and Reliable
• Must work extremely well under pressure and an excellent multitasker
• Background check will be done
