Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator located in Morgan Hill, CA. The CNC Machine Operator will operate, monitor, and manage both automated and manual CNC machinery to produce high-quality products. The role involves interpreting engineering blueprints, setting up machines, performing machining operations with precision, and conducting regular quality checks on parts to meet specifications. Regular collaboration with the team to ensure an efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation, including setup and monitoring of CNC machines
• Expertise in Machining and Milling processes
• Experience with operating and maintaining Machinery
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices and attention to detail in ensuring precision manufacturing
• Ability to interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or a related field preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or precision machining environment is a plus
