O.T. Hall & Son, a local electrical manufacturer’s rep firm, is seeking qualified applicants for an Inside Sales position. Qualified applicants should have the following strengths:

- Knowledge of the electrical market
- Ability to work with other team members to quote and close sales opportunities
- Ability to manage time and prioritize responsibilities
- Great attention to detail
- Professional communication skills via both email and phone
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Preferred - inside sales experience in the electrical industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems required to perform daily functions.
- Lighting Sales Experience a plus.
O.T. Hall & Son is a family-owned and operated Electrical Manufacturer’s Representative Firm, in business for 106 years. We service the electrical, mechanical and networking markets in the Maryland, DC, Delaware, West Virginia and Virginia marketplace.
This position requires the ability to provide top level customer service to our distributor, end-user and contractor customers. You will support several of our manufacturers in an inside sales role – helping customers with product selection, providing product information and support, price quotes, inventory checks, order follow-up, and first level product support.
Position includes:
- Salary paid bi-monthly - commensurate with experience
