O'Steen AcuraVolvo of Athens is expanding, and we are selectively hiring a small group of experienced, high-performing automotive sales professionals and a Sales Team Leader to join our growing luxury organization.

This is not a volume "floor pack" dealership. This is a performance-driven, customer-focused luxury environment built for professionals who know how to sell, lead, and earn at a high level.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking:

• Proven automotive sales professionals (luxury brand experience strongly preferred)
• Self-starters who do not require micromanagement
• Leaders with strong communication and team-building ability (for leadership role)
• Individuals who consistently perform at a high-income level
• Professionals tired of overcrowded floors, heavy packs, and restrictive pay structures that limit earning potential
• Experienced auto sales professionals only - this opportunity is not intended for entry-level or unqualified applicants

WHAT WE OFFER

Income potential: $10,000–$15,000 per month (we promote from within, we have several of our top performers making this that have been recently promoted to leadership positions)
