What You'll Do
- Work the counter, take orders, and make sure every guest has a great experience
- Learn your way around the kitchen line — we cross-train everyone
- Flex between front and back of house as the shift needs it
- Keep your station dialed in and help the team stay ahead
What We're Looking For
- Genuinely customer-focused with a good attitude
- A team player who leaves the drama at the door
- Reliable — that matters more here than experience
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required
The Pay
Our team shares a tip pool and it's real money. Experienced crew members regularly bring home $25 or more per hour when you factor in tips. If you show up, work hard, and take care of guests, your paycheck will reflect it.
