Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Help recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations, holding reps accountable, and driving consistent activity and results.
- Personally build and maintain a strong book of business through daily prospecting, setting appointments, presenting solutions, and closing new and renewal sales.
- Develop and implement focused sales strategies that drive revenue growth across print and digital platforms, ensuring execution through consistent tracking and pipeline management.
- Build lasting relationships with local business owners by understanding their goals and delivering targeted advertising solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of OMGs full suite of productsincluding print, digital, video, SEO, SEM, social, websites, and sponsorshipsand confidently position them to drive ROI.
- Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and uncover new business prospects.
- Monitor key sales metrics for both yourself and your team, coach, optimize performance, and ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Candidate must live in either Calumet, Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, or Dane County
- Minimum of five years of sales experience.
- Strong understanding of both print and digital advertising landscapes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
