Key Responsibilities:

- Support management in achieving sales and operational goals.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and store appearance, including merchandise displays and visual merchandising.
- Demonstrate knowledge and passion for automotive parts and accessories, and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the accomplishment of company objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior work experience in retail or a related field preferred.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled by management.
