• Champion workplace safety and preventive measures.
• Keep mechanical frameworks and electronic setups running smoothly.
• Become proficient in diagnosing system failures with accuracy.
• Link circuits and manage equipment vitality through wire connections.
• Develop critical solutions for balancing and setting up equipment infrastructure.
• Craft essential mechanical parts from a variety of metals and materials.
• Secure compliance with local and federal electrical regulations.
• Participate and enhance our routine safety and quality programs.

• Work 3:30PM-2:00AM, Monday through Thursday
• Fridays reserved for potential overtime when necessary

• At least two years' experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.
• Extensive knowledge in mechanical and electronic systems.
• Initiative-driven and able to take tactical guidance.
• Expert in alignment tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Efficient in welding and using precision torch tools.
• Comfortable working at heights or on scaffolding.
• Certified proficiency in programming and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Preferred education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Consistently lift 20-50 lbs.
• Flexible enough for continuous bending, standing, or twisting.
• Be prepared to walk multiple miles each shift.
• Visually sharp at 20/30 with proper corrective lenses.
• Agile fingers for precise object handling.
