We are currently seeking 3-5 competitive individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Associates. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and clear opportunities for advancement. Position Overview:

As a Junior Sales Associate at O.N.I.A.S Marketing, you’ll receive comprehensive, hands-on training while working closely with our leadership team. You’ll learn how to execute client sales campaigns, connect with customers, and develop essential communication and sales skills. This role is designed to help you gain real-world experience while building a strong foundation for long-term career growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with customers in business-to-business (B2B) and in-store environments, representing our clients professionally and enthusiastically.
  • Present current promotions and marketing materials clearly, confidently, and accurately.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, identifying needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a competitive, positive mindset.
  • Participate in regular team meetings focused on sales strategy, product knowledge, performance tracking, and client feedback.
  • Help increase brand awareness by identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads within the local market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and client partners to support sustained business growth.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant coursework preferred.
  • No prior sales experience required — internships, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a people-oriented attitude.
  • Coachable, eager to learn, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
  • Positive, self-driven, and team-focused mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to handle objections professionally.
  • Reliable transportation for local travel.

Compensation:

  • Commission-only position (no hourly rate or base salary).
  • Uncapped commission structure based on individual performance.
  • Weekly pay based on commissions earned.
  • On-Track Earnings: Average yearly earnings of $48,000, with top performers exceeding this range.
