Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and compassionate Montessori Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and committed to implementing Montessori principles for children in three-year age groupings. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the unique needs of each learner.
We are seeking a Primary/Kindergarten guide for our class ages 3-6 that is:
- Team oriented
- Well-organized
- Possess strong computer skills
- Energetic, passionate, and experienced
- Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to implement Montessori principles and practices within three-year age groupings
- Able to differentiate learning to accommodate a variety of learners
- Skilled in preparation of the environment, lesson plans, assessments, and parent education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification required
- Montessori certification or active pursuit preferred
- Candidates actively engaged in approved Montessori credential programs will also be considered
